In his final turn as James Bond, Daniel Craig does his usual sterling job of bringing the suave secret agent to life in No Time to Die. This time he’s up against a mysterious villain armed with a highly lethal new technology that can kill at a touch. The longest Bond movie yet, it answers all the questions raised during the Craig era Bond.
It delivers the thrills, spills and witticisms that one expects from the series. Blofeld, Leiter, M, Q, Moneypenny are all back as expected. The addition of another 00-operative adds an interesting sub-plot. There are some sharp twists and turns and some nice nods to previous entries in the series, but it’s the ending that will leave you thoroughly shaken and stirred.
It will be intriguing to see how the producers, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, will revive the franchise after this cliffhanger finale.
