Fruit and vegetable juices are a great vitality boost so if you’re planning to start a Juice Diet Plan to slim down for your next holiday or ahead of a special event, not only will you start to shed the kilos but you’ll feel better in your general health, too.

NOTE: It’s important that you follow ‘clean’ eating principles while juicing to get the maximum benefits.  Avoid processed foods of any kind, sugar, alcohol, wheat and foods high in fat. Stick to fruits (around 1-2 per day), vegetables, wholegrains and lean proteins such as chicken- without the skin, and fish.
