The Matriarch Series™ is a three-part, emotionally supportive short course collection designed for the women at the heart of their families, the ones who feel responsible for holding space – offering comfort and guiding their loved ones through life’s hardest moments.
Created with both warmth and strategy, The Matriarch Series helps women lead with love, regulate their own nervous systems and foster emotional safety inside the home, without needing a therapy degree or a background in psychology.
“Mothers are the emotional anchors of their families, but they’re often silently drowning in the weight of that role. The Matriarch Series™ was created to change that,” says Sinta Ebersohn, creator of the series.
Each course offers focused, compassionate guidance on a core challenge modern matriarchs face:
